At Mario's Cakes, we take pride in our fresh made to order cakes with only the highest quality ingredients. Mario will personally meet with you to design your specialty cake to make your event something to remember.
Mario SchwarzCole has been designing specialty cakes in the Orange County area since 2006. His enthusiasm for pastry started in Europe at an early age experiencing the assortment of fine European pastries. He is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute in Pastry Arts in NYC where he earned the prestigious Outstanding Creative Pastry Project Award. After graduating, he was able to perfect his pastry skills at four star restaurants & hotels in New York City and California.
